The first address is standard at Santa Clara, but quite honestly their required e-mail client, GroupWise, is just too restricting (and honestly, who besides Microsoft forces people to use a particular client for reading e-mail), so all messages are forwarded to my engineering account, where I can read them, download them, or whatever.
