Peter S. DeLisi is president of Organizational Synergies, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations maximize their return from the information technology resource. A major focus of his work is to help clients develop information technology strategies which contribute significant value to the business and to help information systems organizations evolve to more dynamic forward-thinking organizations. Prior to his current position, Pete spent over twenty years in senior sales and marketing positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM. Pete is also Director of the Information Technology Executive Program (ITEP) at Santa Clara University, a program dedicated to developing the knowledge and skills that information technology executives need to lead their organizations successfully into the future. His work has been published in both the Sloan Management Review and Harvard Business Review.


Barry Z. Posner is Professor of Organizational Behavior and Dean of the Leavey School of Business and Administration, Santa Clara University. He is the coauthor of several award-winning books on leadership and over 80 scholarly and practitioner-oriented articles. His research interests are in the area of leadership, teamwork, group and project dynamics.
